When should I make my tent reservation?
We suggest you call as soon as you have determined your location and number of guests. We carry a huge inventory of tents, however, we cannot foresee who will reserve what and when. To reserve your tent please email [email protected] or call 416-759-2611.
What size of tent do I need?
To begin, determine how many guests you plan on accommodating at your event. Make sure to consider adding extra space for bars, buffet tables, dance floors or whatever your circumstance may call for. Our tent space tool can help with an estimation. One of our experiences tent consultants will then be able to recommend the ideal tent for your event.
Do you provide drapery services for tents?

Is there any time of year that party tent rentals are not possible?
Tent rentals during Civic Holiday and Labour Day weekends, also weekends prior to and the following need to be booked months in advance in order to allow for proper scheduling and product availability.
Do I need a floor in my tent?
Not always. We do carry an extensive range of products and capabilities in printed & custom carpet and a range of all kinds of other temporary-flooring products including vinyl and turf.
